Rot and Water Damage

Water and rot damage in roof box area. Removed all rotted wood and replaced with new. Boards are primed with premium primer both sides before installation to seal boards from moisture.

Cracks and holes are sealed with silicon to keep all water from penetrating again.

 

We do the job right the first time to seal against further moisture damage.

 

Existing rotted box gutters partially removed

Removed old wood and supports. Installation of new treated internal supports.

Rebuilding of box gutter with redwood boards. Primed both sides for seal against further moisture. Then top coated with an asphalt primer for seal of material used for lining and to seal off moisture.

Application of desired material for lining and reinstallation of slate. Finished box gutter with detail trim and copper detail.
